当境外机构要求提供 Notary Public 认证时,在泰国对应的就是注册公证律师出具的认证。认证证明的是「事实」——签字人是否当面签署、副本是否与原件相符、宣誓是否已完成——而不是文件内容的真实性,也不改变文件本身的法律效力。

涉及多位董事或大量文件时,先设计签署顺序与时间表,再集中处理。
认证后代交外交部领事司与使馆,并随时反馈进度直至取件。
办理流程
请提供目的地机构的指示函或邮件,以确定所需认证的类型与措辞,并在此阶段列出缺漏材料。
拟定认证文与文件正文,按需安排翻译,并说明是否需要携带原件。
签字人当面出示护照等证件并现场签字,不接受代签。
加注认证文、签名与印章,并登记于本所公证记录簿,留存备查以便日后查询。
按需代交外交部领事司与使馆,完成后当面交付或安排寄送。

遇有急件,本所会优先安排签署与递件;但对领事司与使馆排队等本所无法掌控的环节,只提供依实绩推算的参考时间,不作承诺。
领事认证
泰国不是《海牙取消认证公约》缔约国,因此不签发 Apostille。拟在境外使用的文件,一般依「注册律师认证 → 外交部领事司认证 → 目的地国驻泰使馆认证」的顺序办理。

所需材料
退件原因
预约前本所会逐项核对以下事项,它们都是领事司或目的地机构退件的典型原因。
护照与文件上的拼写只要有一个字母不同,就可能被认定并非同一人。
签字认证以当面办理为原则,不接受代签或事后补认证。
若受理方有指定文本,使用通用措辞可能不被接受。
跳过外交部认证直接送使馆,会在收件阶段被退回。
译者资格或装订方式不符合规定的情况相当常见。
受理方要求出具日期在一定期限内时,须重新取得。

境外机构使用的表述与泰国实务名称常有出入,可参考下表,在第一次联系时即明确所需的认证类型。
常见问题
没有独立设置的公证人制度。认证业务由在泰国律师公会登记的执业律师承办,境外要求的 Notary Public 认证即由该律师出具。
不能。泰国并非缔约国,须改走外交部领事司与目的地国驻泰使馆逐级认证的路径。
签字认证必须当面办理。若无法前往,可考虑在居住国依当地公证制度办理,或通过委托书方式处理。
可以。本所可安排中文、英文与泰文翻译,并办理译者签字认证。
